Why do we collect and use your personal information?

Normally we donít collect your personal information unless you enter in to an agreement with us for work wherein we will store your contact details so that we can continue to provide and support the service.

What happens if I do not provide my personal information?

We require very little information to supply our services but will not be able to do so if contact information is not supplied.

How we protect your information

Contact information is kept in an electronic address books within our email client and phone numbers stored in a mobile device address book; both of these require a strong password to access.

Who will we share your personal information with

Without your express permission we do not share you details with other organisations or people.

Transferring your personal information outside Europe

We are a UK based company and do not transfer your details outside the EU, we do however use an online email client that may host copies of all correspondence outside the EU.

How long will we store your personal information?

While we have an ongoing agreement or contract with you we will keep your information as long as it is required to support this work. If our agreement ends we may keep details and correspondence for a reasonable time thereafter (no more than 6 months). If you make contact about potential services but choose not to take up a contact then we will keep these correspondences for up to 6 months.

Please note that we will not be able to delete your personal information whilst we are still providing our services to you. How do I lodge a complaint about the use of my personal information?

In the first instance you can lodge a complaint with us directly by contacting us at DataProtection@yeoldewebsiteknight.co.uk. We will respond to your request and where possible seek to resolve the issue.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the Information Commissionerís Office (ICO). The ICO are the regulator who makes sure that we use your personal information in a lawful way.
